Im glad I can leave another review as its probably because I had 2 rooms booked. The location was perfect. 2 small blocks away from the center of Ximending away from the actual crowd but close enough to get there. Also, always taxi downstairs. The hotel was clean, comfortable, definitely safe cause you need your key card to take the elevator. Love the staffs. They were friendly, courteous, attentive and very professional at the same time. You guys exceeded our expectations. You guys should be a 5 stars hotel if not yet. The laundry was clean even though it's not that big, but it's enough to wash and dry your clothes in 1.5 hrs with reasonable price. They also help us book our car to the airport as we had 5 ppl and 6 luggages. They can exchange money for you but they will advise where to get a better rate so you can decide if you want to get a better rate or not. You won't believe the level of service we got was like VIP from any 5 stars businesses. Book this hotel and you will not regret it.

Just wished they had a swimming pool but it didn't change much of our opinion on the hotel as there was so much to do around, without the pool is fine. And I heard it does rain alot in Taipei so having the pool outdoor will not be ideal and having the pool indoor will take up alot of space.

I will definitely stay here again when I visit again.

The front desk staffs were so professional and so helpful. They fulfilled anything we asked for like asking for a cab to the airport. Asking for money exchange, they directed us to a better rate at the bank 3 blocks down. Hotel was so clean and quiet. You can't hear next room. We stayed by the elevator and we don't hear anything when we sleep. Excellent hotel 2 blocks to Ximending Night Market. Taxi always downstairs waiting. Laundry was awesome. Wash fast and dry fast too. My kids and their grandma stayed in a triple bed room and my husband and I stayed in a 2 twin beds room.

Just wished they had a pool but it really didn't change our expectation with the hotel.
